About the role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to join the Alexa Growth team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring software development engineers while owning the technical direction and delivery of growth-focused features and systems for Alexa.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with product managers, scientists, and other engineering teams to define roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure high-quality software is delivered at scale. A strong emphasis is placed on building and sustaining a high-performance engineering culture through hiring, coaching, and continuous process improvement.
