About the role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to join the Alexa Growth organisation based in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading software engineering teams focused on expanding Alexa's reach and capabilities across key growth areas.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders. They will be expected to set technical direction, uphold engineering best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within their team.
