Reality Labs at Meta is looking for an experienced Silicon Power Architect to join its engineering team in Bengaluru. This role sits at the intersection of silicon design and power engineering, contributing to the development of cutting-edge hardware that powers immersive computing experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving power architecture strategies across silicon platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams spanning chip design, firmware, and systems engineering to deliver efficient, high-performance solutions.
- Develop and own power architecture frameworks for custom silicon designs
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems teams to meet power and performance targets
- Conduct power analysis, modeling, and optimization across the design lifecycle
- Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making for future silicon generations
