The Shift Officer will be responsible for supervising shop-floor activities, ensuring production targets are met, and upholding quality and safety standards throughout the shift. The incumbent will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly and minimise downtime.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards on the shop floor
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to support uninterrupted production
- Maintain accurate shift reports and escalate issues to senior management as required
