A well-established confectionery company is looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Officer – Production to join its manufacturing team at the Baramati plant in Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities during assigned shifts.
The role requires close supervision of the production floor to ensure that output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. The Shift Officer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow throughout the shift.
