About the role
A prominent global brewing organisation is seeking a Shift Brewer to join its production team at its facility in Ponda, Goa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all brewing activities during their designated shift, ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
The role requires close attention to the brewing process from raw material handling through to finished product, maintaining consistency and adherence to production targets. The Shift Brewer will be expected to coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor equipment performance, and promptly address any operational issues that arise during the shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and executing brewing operations across the full production cycle
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Monitoring and recording process parameters and shift performance data
- Identifying and resolving process deviations in a timely manner
- Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams as required
