A prominent IT services company is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join its team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves working on IT Service Management solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of ITSM modules for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM applications, including modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations is expected.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
