- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in talent sourcing, strong research skills, and the ability to engage candidates compellingly. Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage.
