About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join its engineering team in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services that support large-scale consumer-facing products.
The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in backend development, a track record of delivering production-grade systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including product, data, and infrastructure.
- Design and develop scalable, reliable backend services and APIs
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system reliability issues
- Work closely with product and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features
