About the role
This is a senior-level individual contributor role within the Total Rewards function, responsible for supporting the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain talent across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring strong analytical capability and deep expertise in rewards programme design, benchmarking, and administration. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leadership, the role requires translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations on pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits offerings.
- Rewards strategy: Support the design and governance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, and variable pay programmes.
- Benchmarking and analytics: Conduct market pricing exercises using recognised survey sources and provide analysis to guide pay decisions.
- Benefits administration: Oversee or contribute to the management of employee benefits programmes in line with local regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure rewards policies are consistently applied and clearly communicated.
Candidates with a background in total rewards, compensation analysis, or HR operations within a multinational environment are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with global grading methodologies and HRIS platforms would be advantageous.
