Senior Relationship Manager – Mid Market
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow mid-market client relationships from its Jaipur office in Rajasthan.
About the role
This role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and sits within the Mid Market segment of the organisation's financial services business. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and deepening relationships with mid-market clients to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is expected to understand client needs, identify suitable financial products and solutions, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service. A strong grasp of mid-market lending or financial services, combined with the ability to acquire and retain clients, will be central to success in this position.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing a portfolio of mid-market clients and acting as their primary point of contact
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across relevant financial products
- Achieving business targets related to revenue, portfolio growth, and client retention
- Coordinating with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client servicing
