The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, including requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management. Familiarity with US staffing processes, time zones, and compliance requirements is essential.
- End-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Coordinating with US-based clients and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Meeting placement targets and reporting on recruitment metrics
