Senior Recruiter – US Non-IT Staffing
A Senior Recruiter is sought to manage end-to-end US Non-IT staffing operations, sourcing and placing qualified candidates across non-technology disciplines for US-based clients.

This role is focused on full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT positions, requiring the recruiter to handle sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates across a range of non-technology industries and functions for clients based in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working within the US staffing or recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of Non-IT domains such as finance, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or similar fields. The ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates across US time zones is essential.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
- Screen and evaluate applicants to match client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer and onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
