This position requires a strong understanding of the US staffing landscape, including familiarity with non-IT domains such as healthcare, finance, engineering, or administrative functions. The recruiter will work closely with account managers and clients to fulfil open positions within defined timelines.
- End-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Maintaining client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
