The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its US staffing team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses exclusively on Non-IT recruitment for the US market, covering industries and functions outside the technology domain.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable profiles to screening, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing positions within agreed timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles across various industry verticals
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and internal databases
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with client specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet placement targets and contribute to team performance goals
