About the role
The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and drive recruitment for its Operations and Servicing business units. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing, assessing, and closing talent across these functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Building strong talent pipelines for operational and servicing roles will be a core responsibility.
Candidates should bring demonstrable experience in recruiting for Operations or Servicing teams, along with a track record of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
