Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for Operations and Servicing roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define candidate profiles
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, and professional networks
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates on hiring progress
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience in high-volume or specialist recruiting, strong stakeholder management skills, and a structured approach to candidate assessment. Prior exposure to recruiting for operations or service-oriented functions will be an advantage.
