Senior Recruiter – Operations and Servicing
A Senior Recruiter is sought to lead end-to-end hiring for Operations and Servicing functions, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana.
About the role
This is a senior-level recruiting role focused on sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent for Operations and Servicing teams. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from building talent pipelines to closing offers — while partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
The role requires a recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, advising hiring managers on market trends, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.
