Senior Recruiter – Operations and Servicing

The organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for its Operations and Servicing teams. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of high-volume and specialised hiring within operational environments.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
• Source, screen, and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement

Applicants should bring demonstrated experience in recruiting for operations or servicing functions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
