Senior Recruiter – Operations and Servicing

About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for its Operations and Servicing teams. The successful candidate will manage roles from initial briefing through to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
In this role, the recruiter will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across operational and servicing disciplines.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for Operations and Servicing positions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conducting structured interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience in high-volume or specialist recruiting within operations or service-oriented environments, strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
