The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for non-technology verticals such as healthcare, finance, administration, logistics, or similar domains within the Canadian market.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and facilitate offer processes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
