Senior Recruiter – Canada Non-IT Hiring

The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles within the Canadian market. The position is based out of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in non-technology functions such as finance, operations, sales, healthcare, or related fields for Canadian clients or employers.

This role requires a recruiter who is comfortable working across time zones, building pipelines for the Canadian geography, and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
