About the role
This is a full-time Senior Recruiter position focused exclusively on non-IT recruitment for the Canadian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a range of non-technology sectors, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from requisition to offer.
The role requires hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles targeting the Canadian market
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screening and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
