About the role
The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in Hyderabad, Telangana, to support its Canada-focused non-IT recruitment practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management — for roles outside the information technology domain in the Canadian market.
This position requires a strong understanding of Canadian hiring norms and non-IT industry verticals. The recruiter will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand job requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely closures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referral networks
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned to client requirements
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to facilitate smooth offer and onboarding processes
This is a full-time opportunity based out of Hyderabad, Telangana, suited to a recruitment professional with hands-on experience in international — particularly Canadian — non-IT staffing.
