Senior Recruiter – Canada Non-IT Hiring

The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in Hyderabad, Telangana, to drive non-IT talent acquisition for the Canadian market. This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to take ownership of full-cycle hiring across a variety of non-technical domains.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Canada-focused recruitment, with a strong understanding of the non-IT hiring landscape, candidate sourcing strategies, and client or stakeholder management.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles targeting the Canadian market
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements
• Maintain pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions

This role is suited to a recruiter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience handling international recruitment, particularly for Canada, will be a strong advantage.
