- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist profiles aligned with client job descriptions
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer processes
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Candidates with prior experience in international recruitment, particularly for the Canadian market, and a strong understanding of non-IT hiring domains will be preferred for this position based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
