Senior Recruiter – Canada Non-IT Hiring

The employer is looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join its Hyderabad team, with a dedicated focus on sourcing and placing candidates for non-IT positions in Canada. This role sits within the international recruitment function and requires hands-on expertise in full-cycle hiring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, building talent pipelines, and managing candidate relationships from initial outreach through to offer and onboarding. A solid understanding of the Canadian job market and non-IT industry verticals is essential.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates
• Meet hiring targets and maintain accurate recruitment records

This is an on-site position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, suited to a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has prior experience supporting North American staffing mandates.
