Senior Recruiter – Canada Non-IT

The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions supporting Canadian business requirements. The role is based in Hyderabad and involves working closely with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in non-technology domains.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Canadian staffing or international recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent for non-IT verticals such as finance, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across Canadian client accounts
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs
