The employer is looking for a skilled and driven Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is central to building a high-performing workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, through to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. A strong ability to build talent pipelines and maintain an excellent candidate experience is essential.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in a senior recruiting capacity, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape in Bengaluru and beyond. Prior experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment would be advantageous.
