The employer is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is central to identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across functions to support the organisation's growth objectives.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — while building strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and business units
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and referrals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in senior-level recruiting, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience recruiting within a technology or product-driven organisation will be an advantage.
