Senior Recruiter

The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is central to driving the organisation's hiring strategy and ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent across functions.

As a Senior Recruiter, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple open roles simultaneously
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
