Senior Recruiter

The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is central to identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across functions to support the organisation's growth objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. They will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles simultaneously
