Senior Recruiter

The employer is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is central to building a high-performing workforce by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various functions and levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple open roles simultaneously
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in senior-level recruiting, strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. Prior experience working in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment will be an advantage.
