About the role
An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources function at its Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu facility. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's total rewards philosophy across its India operations.
The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and governance of compensation structures, benefits programmes, and incentive frameworks. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in rewards benchmarking, job evaluation, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align rewards programmes with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of rewards processes and policies
