An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures that attract, motivate, and retain talent.
In this role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving compensation frameworks, benefits programmes, and reward policies. The position requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to align reward practices with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end compensation and benefits planning and administration
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Partner with leadership to develop and refine total rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
