An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework across compensation, benefits, and related HR programmes.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can align rewards philosophy with business objectives while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. The incumbent will collaborate closely with senior HR and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions on pay structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluation exercises
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to manage rewards budgets
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Drive continuous improvement in rewards policies and processes
This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role suited to a professional with deep expertise in total rewards within a large, matrixed organisation. Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector will have a distinct advantage.
