An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee key areas including compensation structures, benefits programmes, and rewards strategy. Working closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, the role requires a strong understanding of market benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory compliance as they relate to employee remuneration and benefits.
- Lead the development and execution of total rewards policies and programmes
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on rewards-related initiatives
