An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits framework across the business unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent. This includes overseeing compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, incentive plan design, and ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and local statutory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end compensation and benefits programme management
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis
- Design and administer short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory standards
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align rewards strategy with business objectives
Candidates with a strong background in total rewards, compensation analytics, and HR operations within a large, matrixed organisation are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector will be an added advantage.
