An automotive technology company is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team. This role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and governance of the organisation's total rewards framework.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute competitive compensation and benefits programmes that align with business objectives and support talent attraction and retention. The role requires close collaboration with HR business partners and senior leadership to ensure rewards strategies remain market-relevant and equitable.
- Lead the end-to-end total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and incentive programmes
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Partner with finance and HR leadership on budgeting and workforce planning related to rewards
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
