An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework across the organisation.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include benchmarking rewards structures against industry standards, driving pay-for-performance initiatives, and partnering closely with senior HR and business leaders to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead the design and governance of compensation, benefits, and incentive programmes
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluation exercises
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to employee rewards
- Collaborate with Finance and HR Business Partners on budgeting and workforce planning
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support leadership decision-making
