An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to shaping and executing the company's compensation and benefits philosophy across its India operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programmes that attract, retain, and motivate talent. This includes overseeing salary structures, incentive plans, employee benefits, and ensuring market competitiveness through regular benchmarking and analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and administering end-to-end total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conducting compensation benchmarking and job evaluation exercises
- Managing benefits programmes and ensuring statutory compliance
- Partnering with HR business partners and senior leadership to provide data-driven rewards recommendations
- Leading a team and driving process improvements within the rewards function
