An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a senior-level role focused on designing, managing, and continuously improving the company's total rewards framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compensation structures, benefits programmes, and incentive plans that attract and retain top talent. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in rewards benchmarking, job evaluation, and policy development.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy, including base pay, variable pay, and employee benefits
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to align rewards programmes with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal governance standards
- Drive communication and change management initiatives related to rewards policies
