An established automotive technology company is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's total rewards framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will take ownership of compensation and benefits programmes, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and employee benefits administration. They will collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward strategies attract, motivate, and retain top talent across all levels of the organisation.
- Lead the development and execution of total rewards policies and programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitive positioning
- Manage benefits design, administration, and vendor relationships
