An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework across the organisation.
In this role, the individual will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, ensuring that reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of market benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory compliance in the Indian context.
- Lead the development and execution of total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to support talent attraction and retention goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of rewards processes and policies
