An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programmes that attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation.
In this strategic role, the individual will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, ensuring that policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with senior HR leadership and business stakeholders to evaluate and refine reward structures on an ongoing basis.
- Lead end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy and administration
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive reward frameworks
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on reward-related decisions
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in total rewards processes and employee communication
This position calls for a professional with significant experience in total rewards or compensation and benefits, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence at a senior level. Prior exposure to a manufacturing or technology-driven environment would be advantageous.
