An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework across compensation, benefits, and related HR programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR and business leaders to ensure reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include benchmarking compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis to maintain competitive positioning
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance on budgeting and workforce cost planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory compensation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in rewards processes and employee value proposition
