The employer is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's total rewards framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
In this role, the individual will lead initiatives spanning compensation structuring, benefits administration, and rewards programme management. The position requires close collaboration with senior HR and business stakeholders to ensure that reward policies attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation.
- Develop and manage end-to-end total rewards strategies including pay structures and benefits programmes
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation competitiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align rewards with talent and business goals
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
