About the role
An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, the individual will oversee key areas including:
- Compensation structure design and benchmarking
- Benefits programme management and administration
- Rewards policy development and compliance
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on workforce planning and rewards decisions
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation frameworks, and demonstrated experience managing total rewards at a senior level within a complex, matrixed organisation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
