A leading automotive technology employer is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage Total Rewards strategy and programmes at its Coimbatore facility.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation.
In this role, the incumbent will partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to ensure that reward structures remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and executing total rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes
- Conducting regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay positioning
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Finance to manage rewards budgets effectively
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in total rewards or compensation and benefits management, strong analytical capability, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Exposure to a large, matrixed organisation within the manufacturing or technology sector is an advantage.
