An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a senior-level role responsible for shaping and executing the company's total rewards philosophy across its India operations.
The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures, benefits programmes, and incentive plans, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to drive data-informed rewards decisions.
- Lead end-to-end compensation benchmarking and job evaluation processes
- Manage employee benefits, wellness, and recognition programmes
- Ensure statutory compliance and governance across all rewards policies
- Partner with global Total Rewards teams to localise and implement enterprise-wide initiatives
